Q: What are information memoranda and non disclosure/confidentiality agreements and how are they used?
The Information Memoranda or Sales Memoranda is a key document in eliciting interest from third parties and will therefore contain a detailed review of the vendor’s business, its operations, financial performance and key business elements.
