JWPCreers LLP currently employs more than 75 staff in our York and Selby offices. We strive to provide an excellent working environment, and a company culture in which every employee has the opportunity to develop their skills and progress a career. We pride ourselves on our excellent record of achievement for training. Many of our staff remain with the practice for many years.
We encourage professional growth and achieve this through structured training programmes, annual staff appraisals and a management structure geared to ensuring that all staff are recognised and supported throughout their career development.
Each year we commit to training across the firm, and we recruit students from college or university to study and train for an accountancy qualification. Many of our recruits have gone on to become department managers and even partners within the firm. Currently there are no vacancies within JWPCreers. However, we are always interested in recruiting staff of the highest calibre.
