Copper (“the Business”) is a long established plumbing and heating engineering company based in the North of England with good access to major motorway networks and other transport links.

Copper provides subcontractor plumbing and heating engineering for new and occupied homes for local authorities/housing associations and private house builders.

Project Link ('the Business') has traded for circa forty years, the last seven with the current owners and generates extremely strong profit levels. The Business occupies a state of the art freehold site in a business park close to good motorway links based in North Yorkshire. It has an excellent customer base and it is common for key customers to renew contracts.

The road haulier has a customer base which is wide and varied but includes major food suppliers, printers and media companies. A new five year contract worth £1.3m per annum has recently been won with the potential to increase this to ten years.

The Business is currently a family controlled limited company, with the shareholders looking to exit to concentrate on alternative ventures after an appropriate handover period.

Project Green

Green ("the Business") is long established with an excellent reputation having traded for over forty years and generates strong profit levels. The Business operates from freehold premises in Yorkshire close to good transport links and has circa fifteen staff including the owners.

The Business has the capacity to process 18,000 to 21,000 tonnes of scrap metal per annum ranging from both ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as batteries and cabling. Green also has the appropriate licences to deal with the de-pollution of end of life vehicles and the hire of skips. It also enjoys a position of excellent market awareness,balance sheet strength and has had a long period of investment in plant and equipment.

The owners are now seeking to realise their investment by way of a planned retirement and are available to remain with the business in the medium term. Remaining management are available to continue with the business.
